Shereé Whitfield met up with "good friend" Apollo Nida to discuss her past relationship

Shereé Whitfield is seeking some guidance from an old pal.

"Apollo and I have always been good friends

we lost contact when he went to prison,"

"It was good while it was good, then we just kind of cut it off," Whitfield told Nida of her past relationship with Gilliams

NIda revealed that he actually crossed paths with Gilliams while both of them were serving time in prison

"I ran into Tyrone while I was in the system," he said
